These Terms of Service govern your use of the CodeMe online store and any purchases made through our website.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order through our website.

By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Products

We make reasonable efforts to present our products, descriptions, images, colours and other information as accurately as possible.

Minor differences in colour, packaging or appearance may occur due to screen settings, production variations or product updates.

Product availability may change without notice.

3. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are the final prices payable by the customer, unless otherwise clearly stated.

No additional tax will be added to the product price at checkout.

Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown separately before the order is completed.

Customers must be informed of the total price and any additional charges before completing an online purchase.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

You will receive an order confirmation after your order has been submitted. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where:

• a product is unavailable;
• incorrect information has been provided;
• payment cannot be completed;
• we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse;
• we are unable to fulfil the order for another legitimate reason.

If we cancel an order that has already been paid, the amount paid will be refunded.

5. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

We accept card payments through the payment methods available on our website.

Cash on delivery may also be available in certain countries, including Croatia. If cash on delivery is available for your delivery address, it will be displayed as an option at checkout.

We reserve the right to add, remove or change available payment methods.

6. Cancelling an order before dispatch

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at zdravo@codemeshop.com.

Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched or entered the fulfilment process.

Once fulfilment or shipping has begun, we may no longer be able to stop the shipment. In that case, your statutory right of withdrawal and our Return & Refund Policy will apply where applicable.

7. Shipping and delivery

We deliver to the countries available for selection at checkout.

Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery information are displayed on our website or during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please make sure that the shipping address and contact information provided with your order are accurate.

8. Returns and right of withdrawal

Consumers purchasing online generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to applicable exceptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

9. Digital products

Some CodeMe products may be supplied digitally and may become available immediately after purchase.

Before immediate delivery of digital content begins, where required by law, you may be asked to expressly agree that delivery begins before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

For digital content supplied immediately, the right of withdrawal may therefore end once access or downloading begins, provided the legally required consent and acknowledgement have been obtained.

Digital products are for personal use only unless otherwise expressly stated.

10. Promotional codes and discounts

Unless otherwise stated:

• only one promotional code may be used per order;
• promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
• discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders;
• promotional offers may have specific expiry dates or conditions;
• promotional codes may not be combined with other offers unless expressly permitted.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse a promotional code that has been used fraudulently, incorrectly or contrary to its stated conditions.

11. Customer accounts

You may have the option to create a customer account.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out through your account.

Please contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You may also shop without creating an account where guest checkout is available.

12. Intellectual property

All CodeMe products and website content, including but not limited to:

• game concepts and content;
• card texts and challenges;
• product names;
• illustrations;
• graphic designs;
• photographs;
• packaging;
• website text;
• downloadable materials;
• logos and branding;

are owned by or licensed to “CodeMe” PLTD (SLLC) and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual property rights to the customer.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, sell, commercially exploit or create derivative products from CodeMe content without our prior written permission.

13. Personal use

Unless expressly stated otherwise, our physical and digital products are sold for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not reproduce or resell copies of our games, cards, digital files or other copyrighted content.

14. Website use

You agree not to use the website:

• for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
• to interfere with the security or operation of the website;
• to attempt unauthorised access to our systems or customer information;
• to copy or commercially exploit website content without permission.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our business or other users.

15. Errors and availability

We try to keep product information, availability and pricing accurate.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may cancel the affected product or order and refund any amount already paid for it.

We may correct obvious technical, typographical or content errors on the website.

Nothing in this section allows us to disregard an accepted consumer contract where applicable law does not permit us to do so.

16. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was concluded.

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our website, products, services or legal obligations.

The Terms applicable to your purchase are the version in effect when your order is placed.

19. Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to “CodeMe” PLTD (SLLC) in Bulgaria.

However, if you are a consumer residing in another EU country, this does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections available under the laws of your country of residence.

EU consumer contracts must use clear and understandable terms and cannot remove mandatory statutory consumer protections.
