Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your CodeMe order. If you change your mind, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without giving a reason.

To start a return, contact us at zdravo@codemeshop.com within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the products within the following 14 days.

Return conditions

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. Returned products should be sent back with all included components and packaging where reasonably possible.

You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Return shipping costs

If you are returning a product because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Consumers must be informed of this in advance. 

If the product is damaged, defective, incorrect or does not match the description, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods, or you provide proof that they have been sent back, we will process your refund in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.

Your refund will include the price paid for the returned products and the cost of our standard delivery option. If you selected a more expensive delivery method, the additional delivery cost is not refundable.

Refunds will normally be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that they have been sent back, whichever happens first.

Damaged, defective or incorrect products

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your order is damaged, defective, incomplete or you received the wrong product, contact us at zdravo@codemeshop.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number and photos where relevant.

For faulty or non-conforming goods, EU consumers have statutory rights, including a minimum 2-year legal guarantee. Repair, replacement or other remedies must be provided free of charge where required by law.

Digital products

Some CodeMe products may be supplied digitally.

For digital content that is supplied immediately after purchase, the 14-day right of withdrawal may end once access, download or delivery begins, but only where you have:

• expressly agreed to immediate delivery before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period,
• acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins, and
• received confirmation of that consent and acknowledgement.

If these conditions have not been met, your statutory withdrawal rights may still apply.
